Tiger Darrow is yet another great voice from Texas. She is an eighth generation Texan. Not only a singer but also an actress with numerous movie credits. All this and still only 19.
Tiger Darrow has been compared to Norah Jones, and Regina Spektor among others. Her musical influences include Imogen Heap, Danny Elfman, Bon Iver, U2, Jason Mraz, Jamie Cullum and Katy Perry. The Kessler Theater in Oak Cliff, TX has referred to her as a “prodigy” and a “phenom”. Good Morning Texas showcased her on their morning show as a “Hot New Artist”, and Modern Luxury Dallas listed her as one of “10 Up and Coming Dallas Artists”.
Tiger is a senior music major at the prestigious Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts in Dallas, Texas. Austin raised, Tiger is a singer, songwriter, guitarist, cellist who appears regularly as a headlining performer at theaters, nightclubs, coffee shops, and special events.
Check out some of her music, you will enjoy it. I guarantee that. Also keep a lookout for her album, You Know Who You Are.
